With regards to our cancellation policies, once a subscription is started, 5% fee of the total amount will be deducted from the subscription amount as part of the maintainance fee. The remaining amount will be credited to the customers as per their request. If the customer has used any of the tokens, then the amount will not be credited at all.
We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused features.
In case of duplicate payments or billing errors, please contact us within [3 days] of the charge. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If required by law, we will honor refunds as mandated.
Any refunds or credits beyond this policy are at our sole discretion.
